At RoseTinted, we take pride in producing high-quality eyewear designed to withstand the rigors of outdoor and athletic adventures. However, we cannot reasonably cover lens scratches, wear and tear, mishandling, or abuse of our products.
Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, please email hello@rosetinted.com immediately. Our customer care team will assist in resolving the issue.
If a return is required, please:
- Securely package the product in a cardboard box or with bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.
- Include the following information inside the package:
- Your full name
- Return address
- Mobile number
- Email address
- A copy of your order confirmation email or purchase receipt
3. Return to the address provided by the customer care team.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that RoseTinted cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and is not responsible for lost shipments.
Replacement Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
- If the product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will send a replacement free of charge.
- If the product is not defective or has signs of wear or damage (e.g., scratches, sweat, makeup, or abuse), repair charges may apply, and replacements will not be issued.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your eyewear within 30 days of delivery for:
- An exchange for a product of the same value
- A store credit of equal value to your purchase
- A full refund
However, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
